How much is balayage? Any availability Saturday?
Joy6:39 pmHi Odette! Thanks for reaching out to Marlow & Finch. Balayage starts with a quick consult. Friday at 10:30 am with Elena is open. Want me to hold it?
Why: First reply in 75 s. Brand Hub says this service starts with a consult.

Can I book with Elena specifically?
- Joy1:19 pm
I'm not certain about that, so I'm asking the team to reply to you personally. Your slot is still held.
Why: Asked something Brand Hub does not answer, so Joy handed over instead of guessing.

Hi Odette, it's the team at Marlow & Finch. I'm picking this up from Joy. Elena has Tue Oct 13 at 11:00 am, Thu Oct 15 at 2:00 pm or Sat Oct 17 at 10:00 am for balayage. Which works for you?
